ignoring the new theme of my website, i've been involving myself more in politics locally, organising with the communist party. it's a real larpfest. they're mostly not realising we are currently in the beginning of the end of american imperialism, which means an opportunity for revolution.
we must organise quickly and efficiently, preparing necessary infrastructure like clandestine communications that are not dependent on the state or companies. it requires so many things, that are not being discussed. i will see what the atmosphere is on the 1st of may demonstrations, which can serve as a seismograph.
i think the party and all organisations need to start to consider planning. i don't know what the militant organisations are doing, but so far i have heard chatter about being a tad more aggressive during demonstrations, which will not lead us to a revolution.

with this i mean, where do we start? we have preexisting coalitions and connections, some have protest tactics engrained in how they move, but we're still using american software (signal for example, despite it being open-source is not P2P), and cannot ensure supply lines on our own. the skills needed are not present amongst current revolutonaries.

of course, it's easy for me to say this. which is why i'm working on some projects that could be useful when the time comes. it's unfortunate to say when instead of 'if', but we don't have a choice.

the weeks where decades happen are happening now. we must prepare and plan ahead.
